Q. Can anyone buy a car from you, or do I have to be a dealer?

No, everyone is welcome here, and anyone can buy a car. As long as you are at least 18 years old you can buy a car from us.

Q. Can I obtain financing for any car on your lot?

No, in general the vehicles available for financing need to be newer than 1998 with less than 120,000 miles.

Q. I have bad credit, can I still finance? What do I need to do?

Yes, generally you can still obtain financing. It is a three step process to finance with us. Step one, is to apply for pre-qualification into one of our finance programs, this can be done online or in person and you will here from us within 24hrs (click here). Step 2 , the fun starts, you will now need to come in and choose from the huge range of vehicles for which you qualify. Finally, comes step 3, which is the final approval and the drive home!!

Q. Where do your cars come from?

We have several sources for our cars, however 85% are new and used car trade-ins which we sell on behalf of dealers. The remainder are cars we have bought or traded, and of course some are repossessions.

Q. Are your vehicles inspected?

Yes, of course. Every single car is put through the Virginia State Safety Inspection. Most pass, some will fail. We provide a full report outlining the failed points of inspection.

Q. I have an old car, can i trade it in at your store?

Yes you can, just bring it in 7 days a week for an appraisal. We cannot appraise cars during our auction hours.
